Hi, my name is Sophia Richard and I am the primary director of the Remedial Supply™ blog website.

I am a student at San Diego State University majoring in Nutritional Sciences and currently working towards my Masters Degree.

I have always had a passion for Naturopathy because I was upset with how the pharmaceutical industry is thriving on keeping people dependent on drugs which, in most cases, have devastating side effects. My mother was one of those people, and ever since we made the switch to a more healthy and natural lifestyle, our lives were forever changed.

I was shocked at how little information there was on the internet about this subject, so I made the decision to make a website of my own. I want to share the knowledge that helped my mother, with the hope it will help others as well! If there’s one thing I believe in, it’s that we should always question everything when it comes to our health and the health of our loved ones.

Although website design and technology is not my strong point, I tried my absolute best to learn in my spare time and this is what I’ve created (with the help of some of my classmates of course!)

Over the years, I’ve contacted some of my former teachers and acquaintances to share their articles and work on my website.
